Ticket Refund Policy

CSAE aims to provide an excellent experience for all event attendees. Please review our ticket refund policy to understand your options in case of cancellation or changes to your plans.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] at least 10 days before the event date. Requests submitted after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

1. Refunds

  • Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund of the price of registration minus 4% (processing fee).
  • In the case of event cancellation due to weather restrictions or venue cancellation, all attendees will be offered a replacement date. CSAE will make all possible arrangements for the same/similar event.
  • Refunds requested within less than 10 days of the event are generally not eligible for a refund, except in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Non-Refundable Items
    • Certain ticket types, such as early-bird or promotional tickets, may be non-refundable.
    • Add-ons, merchandise, and other ancillary purchases may also be non-refundable.

2. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us of any transfers at least 5 days in advance with the new attendee’s details.

Note: This policy applies to all ticketed events organized by CSAE. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Your access and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and all applicable laws. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. The CSAE, also assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Site.

Third Party Links

The CSAE has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the contents of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site. Third party sites are not endorsed or are otherwise affiliated with CSAE. We have no responsibility for the content or activities on those sites.

Discussion Groups, Other Interactive Features

Although CSAE may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, CSAE, is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information contained within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. You are responsible for any material that you post in discussion or provide through any other Interactive Features on the Site.

We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material submitted to or posted in the discussion groups or other Interactive Features of the Site.

CSAE, may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting, terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, or restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site.
