Full Conference registration is an all-included registration:

  • Wednesday Pre-Conference Sessions and Excursions begin in the afternoon
  • Opening Keynote 4-5 pm
  • Opening Reception 5-7 pm
  • Thursday breakfast and keynote
  • Break-out sessions
  • Annual Business and Awards Luncheon
  • Dine-Arounds and Hospitality Suite
  • Friday breakfast and keynote, along with more speakers to wrap up the Conference.

Wednesday-Thursday registration does not include any activities on Friday including breakfast, the keynote and break-out sessions.

Thursday-Friday registration does not include any of the Wednesday Pre-Conference session, excursions or Opening Reception.

 

NOTE FOR MEMBERS ONLY: 

  • Individual Members: Please register yourself using this online registration form. If you have a colleague(s) who is also a CSAE member, s/he can register at the discounted rate of $350 per person.* Please contact the CSAE office for a discount code: [email protected].
  • Group Members: If you are the Key/Primary Contact of a group membership, you may register yourself at the regular rate and additional employees at the discounted rate of $350 person.
    • 1st step: Review your list of eligible employees for registration; please click here (login required). You may update this list by removing or unlinking former employees and creating linked profiles for new employees.
    • 2nd step: To register employees, you will see the option "register linked profile" on the registration form. Your list of employees will be listed to select for registration.

2026 Annual Business and Awards Luncheon / CAE Celebration
Included in your Conference registration (full and two-day) is a ticket to the 2026 Annual Business and Awards Luncheon, and again this year, we also are celebrating CAEs across Colorado.

Additional lunch-only individual tickets and reserved tables are also available: Individuals are $105 and Reserved Tables of 8 are $800.
